Class Descriptions
GENTLE YOGA
This class is designed for students with joint pain and it minimizes long periods of weight-bearing on the hands. It offers a more gentle approach to yoga and can be used by anyone. This session supports coordination, balance, strength, as well as flexibility.
FAMILY YOGA
A fun yoga class designed for the entire family! As an Elementary School Educator and a Social and Emotional Learning Coach, Jennifer understands the importance and benefits of yoga for the happiness and well-being of families. Jennifer is experienced in teaching children and adults techniques to assist with self regulation, focusing, calming, and breathing. Developing a family yoga practice supports Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Responsible Decision Making, and Relationship Building.
YOGIC TRANSFORMATION
This is Jennifer’s signature class. This class makes use of opening the Gross and Subtle Bodies with direct attention given to the Chakras, Conscious use of the Breath, Intention Setting, and Release Work, all while addressing the Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Energy Bodies. The session culminates with a Guided Meditation.

FUNDAMENTALS
This class offers precise instructions correlating breath to carefully sequenced movements. Being of a moderate pace, it offers the building of strength, stamina, and balance.
