Jennifer began her yoga journey close to 20 years ago. After years of her own health challenges, she began working with a Spiritual Life Coach and began to see the importance of the Mental, Emotional, and Physical Bodies being aligned with one another. If anyone of these is not being addressed, one could not be well-grounded into one’s body nor have balance and well-being in all aspects of one’s life. Using this information along with her 6 Yoga Certifications, Jennifer began working not only with the Gross, but with the Subtle Body. She experienced amazing results in her own life. There was a sense of balanced health, deeper clarity, and an abundance of joy, peace, and love. Being a Lifetime Educator and Wellness Advocate Jennifer was inspired to share this transformational approach with her yoga students. Her coach, who was considered an Oracle by the High Lamas in India, gave Jennifer insight as Jennifer further developed this technique, which she calls Yogic Transformation.

Jennifer has instructed children and adults of all ages as well as private, semi-private, small, and large class sizes. She prefers to teach small groups to best support her students. Through her technique, Jennifer believes one can eliminate or minimize daily stress brought on by emotions and thoughts.  Guiding her students to integrate conscious use of the breath, self-reflection, intention setting, and mindfulness, Jennifer instructs her students through the asanas to open the body and allow for emotional, mental, physical, and energetic stress release. As all the bodies are addressed and emptied of stress, more space is created to allow for PEACE, JOY, LOVE, CREATIVITY, and WELL-BEING.

As a Wellness Advocate Jennifer makes use of Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils during her classes. Jennifer’s goal is to provide a safe, non-judgemental, and nurturing environment which offers guidance into deepening one’s understanding of yoga and how it can best support oneself through the Mind-Body-Spirit Connection.
